Donation link is broken

The Donation link in the page footer leads to a "Not found" error on GitHub since lansuite.orgapage.de redirects to it. I guess fixing this by pointing it to a working donation page would be easy and might lead to a tiny bit of more motivation to look at this code :)
Also the Lansuite link on the far-right goes to lansuite.orgapage.de that in turn redirects to GitHub. Maybe this should be changed to point straight to GitHub while at it? On the other hand the redirect provides more flexibility for any future changes ...
Aaalso... it's about time to change these links to HTTPS - except for lansuite.orgapage.de as that one currently seems to have a broken/old hoster SSL certificate.
